Applied in October 2015 and got a phone call to arrange a telephone interview one week later. The first one was standard HR interview asking about why interested in this position etc., and it lasted about 10 mins. Two weeks later was a technical interview over the phone and lasted about 1 hr. In mid-November I was invited to an on-site interview (~ 5 hrs) which included 3 x 1 hr interviews (2 technical + 1 competence) by two interviewers each, a short presentation on a topic they sent to me earlier and a lab tour. Two weeks after the final interview I was informed of the result.
