Very standard interview process. Applied in writing with CV and cover letter; received an email response stating that I had been short listed; arranged a time to attend the interview; attended the interview, which lasted about an hour. After the interview, I was told that I would be contacted. When I was contacted, I was advised that my application had not been successful.

They asked a number of standard questions, including the following: tell us about your background; tell us about your skill set; tell us about your career objectives; what are the greatest challenges you've faced; what are your greatest successes; where would you like yo see your career progress if you are offered the position etc.
Here’s the interview process: First HR phone screening then hiring manager video interview and final panel with team members and stakeholders. Not too long process. Feeling they are not really in a hurry to hire

What do you consider as success in 30-day in the role
2 rounds of interviews. The first round was conducted by senior manager and HR, some simple and basic question asked. Presentation required in the 2nd round. It was not challenging in general.
Great. Easy and organised. Very streamlined. Clear and well communicated expectations. I had absolutely No hassles at all with their process for this. I would most definitely recommend them if you get to interview.
