The interview was behavior based. Very few impromptu questions or moments. I was interviewed by 2 managers and 2 supervisors. I was given a brief description of the duties of the position. I was then asked questions by each person on the panel. Each had questions that were provided by the company. After I answered a question they would move on to the next question. I was then asked if I had any questions. The interview then concluded.
