Need to explain how exposure to different ciltures helped increase open mind set and personal skills. Porovide examples of leadership and accountability.
Structured interviews with multiple rounds. There were several weeks between phases which meant the timelines were delayed way past the target hire date for the role. Required proactive communication with the HR/ Talent point of contact.
