Sat with 6 different people on a one-to-one interview. Then invited back to interview with 3 other people. Questions were describe your strength/weaknesses, asking questions about my previous experiences, describe a time when you worked with someone difficult, and other questions of that nature.
simple. 5 steps with multiple interviews,
last one panel of course. It all depends on the job position though so may not be the same for all. Just know your stuff
N/A hard to get a job. Non existing. No call backs. Fake postings. Never a response in a timely fashion if at all. Rare to find an opportunity at this business. Need to get a referral or reference to get at least a phone screen. Good luck getting a interview

Was simple and done over a Teams call. About 40 minutes. Only the hiring manager was on call with me. No HR involved. Interview done in calm and slow manner. Adjusted time schedule upon my request.
