The STAR method, phone interview, face to face and another face to face. They may also do a video interview. The interview lasts an hour. Full background check, drug test, and DMV check. Need a good driving record.

After the application you’ll be invited to do a recorded video interview on your own time. If you pass that step, you’ll go through multiple interviews either over Teams or in-person. Be prepared for STARS. Regardless of how outdated that method seems, they still use it.

Theres a lot of interviews 6 to be exact. Virtually, Physically and even has exams. You have to excel and be confident so you can get this job. Be knowledgeable enough and study what is being a sales rep is.
