First round interview was a phone call screening and follow by formal setting one to one. Interviewer was polite and courteous, however chemistry is important to ensure smooth Q and A .

I talked about my experience and cv for the first part and the second part was just competency based questions. so things like conflict, mistake,leadership,team player etc. Talk as much as you can
Great place to work at alongside friendly colleagues for a great manager. Work life balance is great with lots of staff perks for employees. Several of the team members were present for the interview.
