Online form followed by screening form and then phone interview. They took a very long time to get back to me. After my phone interview, they went radio silent. I got a rejection email the next semester saying that I was not accepted. Felt it was kind of obvious considering they did not say anything for 6 months..

One Phone interview. Not that hard, the person was very nice. The interviewer asked about my resume and why I like the company. The interview started off very formal but toward the middle it just turned into a conversation.
