I met with the manager of the department who was going out on maternity leave as well as her direct report. I was recommended by a personal connection within our industry and the assignment was to drive and support the training projects while the manager was on leave. I met with both of them in the lobby.

There was less structure. They described the position, responsibilities and the environment. They were very open about the pros and cons. Then they asked questions regarding various positions on my resume to determine what I had done. It was an easy match. I had done everything they were looking for and we all had great rapport with each other.
