I have applied internally as far as I was working for Pfizer before. I had 1 interview with the team leaders (before that I have examined a case given and the case was discussed during the interview as well). Afterwards, I had another interview with the marketing and medical business unit directors.

A 5 page business case was given in order to discuss in half an hour time which was very short, when the information inside was considered.
