The interview process was far to long (7 weeks) series of pointless phone and video interviews all of which booked down to a desk interview in which weeks upon weeks of the same questions were then asked again.
4 Interviews with different management, questions were about team work and how to deal with people. Management kept asking/ making sure I was applying to other companies and saying that this is a beginner position

The interview process was swift and conducted over Zoom with minimal questions. There was no second round, and HR was supportive, allowing sufficient time to respond to all relevant queries. if you come from Phamaceutical background, this will be really easy to answer
