Mostly On-Campus Interview with 2 senior managers and if you could impress them then you would likely get the offer. In my case I had a first round interview with the recruiter and second round with the senior managers. The processing was super fast.

Starts with Basic Behavioral questions but lots of follow up questions based on your answer.
One on-site interview, the manager talked my past work experience and gave me an office tour. They wan to know you schedule and how you want to work with the company. If you are really interested in the life science industry, it will be a big plus.
