I would suggest by some people who is working in Pfizer and then you just need to wait for interview. Usually the first interview is from the direct manager and then the regional manager. If they think you are good for this position they will send you to the HR and let them to give you some assessment. Once all done, you will get the offer from HQ and they will negotiate with you about the salary and bonus.
