First interview is an hour over the phone. Mainly basic behavioral questions that you could look up online. Straight forward first interview, with mainly star questions. I have not heard back yet.
They sent a hirevue to most applicants, took months to get back. The hiring process seemed lazy on their part. There were also no coding questions at the first stage.

The HireVue interview was easy to do. They just ask STAR questions and they give you a few minutes to answer. You have 3 attempts but unlimited time between attempts. The 5 questions that I wrote out are 5 questions I was asked on HireVue. The games are easy but take them seriously just in case.

First a HireVue interview with both recorded questions and games. Then a panel interview with one person relevant to the area you are interested in working in (an engineer in my case) and other members of the digital team. Took about 2 months to complete
