They will set up a phone interview to gather basic information. This is more of a recruiting service from HR but i treated it professionally just in case. they they set me up for an interview about 3 weeks later. Lastly, I had to pass a drug screening and background check.

They base the interview off of 3 behavioral type of interview questions. As the candidate answers a question the interviewers will ask other questions that either branch off of original question or candidates response.
