I got an interview back in 2021 through Randstad. I only had 1 round of interview and after 3 days I got the email that I was hired.
The interview itself was easy as the questions are mainly to get to know you and assess if your mindset would fit the company culture. The mindset is to be open to changes, team player, proactiveness, and able to handle pressure situations.
They valued a lot that I asked questions about the job.

Colloquio
It was very personal, not really focussed on past experiences or studies. More focussed on your personality and fit within the team. It was online and the interviewer made me feel very comfortable.
