ASHP Midyear one interview with three employees. Questions include: what does patient care mean to you? what are your hobbies? What are three strengths and one weakness? On-site interview with about 7 employees for one half hour each. The night before consists of a dinner with colleagues and other candidates for other positions. Very laid back. How do you integrate yourself into an established team? What do you do when things do not go as planned at work? What does this job mean to you and how will you use your experiences here?

2) Video interview with lead scientists about research experience, skills, and career goals
3) on-site interview with the team with presentation of your previous work

They will ask you questions about your research background and if you have any experience or interest in the research they are performing.
Only had a quick screening interview, with basic questions (background, interest in the company, ability to relocate, starting date). I was told they would let me know either way but they never followed up

I was reached out by a Talent Acquisition. I submitted the application through the link I was given. Straight forward process: 30 min phone call with the HR -> 30-45 min WebEx meeting with the hiring manager -> full day interview with the broader team, including 1 hr seminar on your research
