3 stages. Telephone interview, assessment centre, then in-person interview.
Telephone interview consisted of questions about my background and why I wanted to work for Pfizer.
Assessment centre involved testing and group discussion.
In person interview involved more in depth questioning and behavioural based questions (what would you do in ______ situation)

Applied online and did a phone screening interview which was tougher than expected . Asked situational questions which I wasn't particularly prepared for a phone screening . 3rd party did the interviewing

The interview was approx. 30 minutes long and consisted of a short presentation, competency and CV based questions. The questions were not too difficult and the interview process covered all aspects of my CV.

I applied online. A couple of weeks later I received a phone call inviting me to a group assessment day. On the phone the lady also asked me some questions relating to my CV. The assessment day was a lot less stressful than I had anticipated. There wasn't any one on one interview at this stage.
