The process was fairly positive at first, with possibly the only downside being them declining to give even a rough estimate of salary to be expected, while giving a rather challenging code test I had to spend couple of evenings on at the same time. After reviewing the test they invited me over for a technical interview, which consisted of a good deal of your typical "coding interview" questions, they didn't really take the initiative to discuss the code test itself for some reason, so I had to bring that up myself. Some of the questions ventured into areas I had little experience with, so I left thinking that they will probably email me saying that I'm not the right fit for the role or something. Well, they didn't, in fact even after sending a follow up email 2 weeks later I got no response. Some basic respect for candidates and their time would benefit this company big time, and apparently I'm not the only one who has experienced this based on other reviews.
