The interview process was really quick. My previous employer worked at the local Chamber of Commerce, so he gave the CEO a call and introduced me. Then I gave him a personal call, and he asked me to be at the interview right at that moment, without giving me any time range. That was a turn-off for me already. But I came in there, and fortunately the interview was better than I expected. He asked typical start-up questions, and asked about my background. Later during the day, he gave me a call, and gave me the job.
