My experience during the interview process was unfortunately very disappointing. There was a noticeable lack of professionalism from the interviewer, including a negative attitude and poor communication style. The interviewer appeared unwelcoming, which created an uncomfortable environment for candidates.
Additionally, there seemed to be little respect for candidates’ time, with delays and disorganization throughout the process. The evaluation also felt subjective rather than objective, and the feedback provided did not accurately reflect the actual discussion during the interview.
Another concern was the mismatch between the role requirements and the offered budget, as expectations did not align with the compensation range shared.
Overall, the experience could be significantly improved by focusing on professionalism, clear communication, and respecting candidates' time and effort.
