There were two 15-minute interviews.
The first was with a woman who rescheduled once and arrived late to the actual interview without offering any apology for her tardiness. She asked about my background and made a rude comment: "So you have no experience with pharma." I responded by reaffirming my BSc degree and my experience working in a laboratory. The conversation was generally unpleasant, and I was surprised to receive a callback after such an interaction.
The second interview was with the CEO, who was also late and didn’t acknowledge it. However, the discussion was friendly, although it lacked any standard interview questions.
I was genuinely surprised when I received an offer for the role.
Bizarre at best. Was offered an interview. Then told that they weren’t hiring and cancelled the interview. Then 2 weeks later asked if I still wanted to interview. Which I did. 2 rounds, first was a brief overview of my experience and very short. The second was with the CEO the very next day in which he proclaimed that he didn’t want to talk about business and just went off on a tangent. I was offered the job at a much, MUCH lower rate than advertised on the spot. They seemed desperate.
Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Pharma Targeting nel mese di apr 2024
Colloquio
I applied through linkedin, and a few days after they got back to me requesting a quick interview the same day at 6pm. Purpose was mainly to get to know me more and know more on my background and motivations for applying. After the call I was then told they would arrange a second interview to which I gave my availability for. I would like to note that the interview date/time was rescheduled three times before telling me in an email that they would no longer proceed to interview me because they had filled the position. The nature of how everything was handled was quite unsettling in my opinion.

Domanda 1
It was a screening process so they asked about my experience/ background, why I was switching from my role into an account manager role, asked me to explain my understanding of the job etc
