Initial preliminary online interview, followed by presencial 3 hour interview consisting of a presentation (20-30 min.) on a chemistry related topic to describe my skills, abilities and creativity in the field of synthetic organic chemistry, followed by other 3 parts including a technical part involving retrossynthesis questions, a discussion about my professional experience and a meeting with the CEO.
