There’s a series of interviews prospective candidates will take where they meet with the HR manager to learn more about the company, the role, and how you’d be a great asset to the growing company. After meeting with HR, the company connects you to one of the project managers to gain insight on what the day-to-day looks like for the executive recruiter at PLR.

It was overall a fair process, although a bit long. At the time I interviewed, I met with 4 people and shadowed a recruiter. It was great to see what the job would actually be like and helped me make my decision.
