Somewhat tedious as it could have been completed in 3 instead of 4 trips. Had to meet physically with recruiters even after 45 minute phone conversation. Then met with my immediate boss and a high level lab consultant on next physical interview. Then following week met with President and my boss, the recruiter at the work site. Boss decided after about an hour not to go take me on a walk through of the site and said he would be in touch shortly. Several days later the recruiter set up another visit at site with President, my boss, and recruiter. Went through site and then short negotiations.
