Four stage interview process. Phone interview with HR which included basic questions on experience, In person interview with the head of Manufacturing which went into further detail on experience and operations, Panel Interview with three very high ranking personnel in charge of operations which expanded on the opportunity to find out about the company itself. Lastly, meet with 3 leads from Manufacturing and Engineering.
