Met with 5 different team members with various titles before a second interview with CTO. I really appreciated their effort to understand my personality vs. simply drilling technical questions or whiteboarding me for weaknesses. They asked questions mainly about my work experience, how I do my work, systems/languages I've used, and then got into personality-based questions to see how I'd fit in. This indicated to me how important culture is to Pharos and I see it every day as a current employee.

Technical questions aside, many of the questions dug into personality and how I work with others e.g. do I find myself leading or following or how do I deal with clashing opinions.

Colloquio
30 minute phone call with head of HR, standard "what did you do at your last job?" questions. At the end of the phone call they told me, "we're going to set you up with a technical interview with the engineering team. If you don't get an invitation in 3 days, send me a message".
I didn't hear back, sent them a message, four weeks later I got a form "we've moved on to other candidates" email. Completely unprofessional behavior.
