Colloquio
I had an HR screening call + a round with a team senior virtually. For the presentation and cultural fit, I went to their office for a round with the team and HR.

How will I go about executing specific initiatives

Overall, the interview process was smooth and well-structured.
However, there was no response from HR even after multiple follow-ups.
It’s a bit disappointing, especially from a company whose own platform is designed to automate and enhance the hiring experience for candidates.
Sharing timely feedback or a final decision, even if it’s a rejection, goes a long way in creating a positive impression of the company and closing the loop respectfully.

General experienced based questions. Pretty casual ones

I completed a first-round video interview with HR for the Product Marketing Manager position. There was some initial confusion, as the recruiter wasn’t sure which PMM role I had applied for.
The interview was brief and focused mostly on general background. While the interviewer was polite, he seemed unprepared, which led to a discussion that was rushed, unstructured, and lacking depth. He mentioned he would follow up the next day, however no further communication was received.
When asked, he confirmed that Phenom uses its own product for hiring. No follow-up was provided, which seemed inconsistent with the company's messaging of using AI to “streamline the hiring process” and “deliver personalized candidate experiences.”
Overall, the process was straightforward but less polished than expected, with limited depth or role-specific discussion. Based on my experience, candidates can anticipate a short introductory conversation focused primarily on general background rather than detailed marketing or product-related topics.
