Panel interview with three managers from three different departments. Pretty straightforward questions. Lasted about an hour. Afterwards, they took me on a tour around the company and the labs. Met people with differing positions ranging from technician to analyst to engineer.

First interview with recruiter on phone. Second interview with hiring manager on phone. Final interview with panel consisting of department team members. Asked simple questions such as educational background, skills, experience, and how it relates to their company.
