Applied online and after a few weeks, received an email from HR department in order to set up a call with my supervisor. After my interview, I heard back about two weeks later about the job.

It was a phone call interview. I thought it went well, but I wasn't given a follow-up interview. I was asked questions mostly about my educational background and my interest in the Orchestra.
