The interview for this position happened in 3 rounds. First one was technical, second was managerial and the third one - technical again. Each time, I had to wait for at least 30 - 45 minutes more than the scheduled time. Even in one case, I waited for 90 minutes to get the interview started. Looks like they do not follow any standard process for the interview and they do not value the time of an interviewee.
