Utterly unplanned, they invited all the candidates for interview but forgot to make sure that the interviewer is available at the venue on time. When the interviews are supposed to start at 9:30 Am, it started at 2 PM, this is an enough example on how pathetic it would be to give an interview in Philips

They were doing interview for at least 30 mins for each candidate and all the candidates will go through all rounds and sent back home after that
