Ich wurde kurze Zeit nach meiner Bewerbung zum Online-Assessment eingeladen. Danach wurde ich telefonisch zu einem Skype-Interview eingeladen. Dieses dauerte circa 60 Minuten und wurde sehr offen und freundlich gestaltet. Anschließend habe ich leider keine Einladung zum Assessment-Center bekommen. Allerdings wurde ich darüber telefonisch informiert und die Absage wurde hier auch ausreichend begründet.

Mehrere Gespräche gehabt, positives Feedback bekommen, dann Wochen lang keine Rückmeldung erhalten nach häufigem nachfragen. Im letzten Gespräch wurde mir gesagt man bekomme direkt am nächsten Tag eine Rückmeldung, diese kam aber nie.

Had first round interview with the company(Phone), and asked for the following process: F2F, assessment, assessment day, and offer.
The HR over the phone is okay, and told me is just a phone screen after the interview, and I will receive update in the next 20 days if I passed.
The overall is okay, it just task so long for the process.
