The process took a longer period and thoroughly engaging nice experience. The technical round was more focused on fundamentals on tchnology rather than the technical leadership. The initial rounds had few hands on questions followed by architectural aspects like scalability, availability.

The process was very ad hoc, and I had to drive it. Not a sense of urgency from them. On the positive, folks were open and friendly. They shared a lot about the position and what would make it interesting.
