2 rounds of interview. Process was fairly straightforward. Q&A style. They were clear in the role they are offering and the person that wanted. They were also very upfront in terms of the changes that are happening within the company to ensure candidate is aware.

If you enjoy Ghosting and disrespectful behavior, Philips' recruiting process will be prefect for you. I got an email invitation for an interview one month and a half ago. First thing: the HR clearly didn't look at my CV properly, as she was surprised I didn't have any offline experience even though it was clear from my Curriculum that I had a 95% experience on Online media in the past. But the negative experience wasn't the interview itself. After one week from the interview, I wrote back to have an update on the recruiting process. I got no response. I wrote 2 other mails in the following weeks to check the status, just to find out I got completely ghosted. On top of that, I wrote back later to her and other two HRs for a position that was extremely in line with my profile just to be ghosted once again. The overall experience was very negative and I am highly disappointed. It takes time to prepare for an interview and these kind of behaviors should be unacceptable.
