- 3-5 rounds of interviews depending on the job level First with talent aquisition personnel, 2nd round was with a hiring manager, 3rd-4th was with peer members and the last round was with the head of org.

- Overall Interview questions are the same as other MNP companies, such as what's the pull factor / push factor, why are you interested in the role in Philips, background experience, biggest achievement, etc.
2 rounds of interviews, 1 with hiring manager and 1 with manager's manager. No written test or exam needs to be done. Called within 1 week to offer and there is some room for negotiation.
