The interview has gone with three round actually. First, the HR lady called me to go over my background briefly and set me a time slot for hiring manager to interview. Then the hiring manager interview me at the same day in the afternoon. Two weeks later, two very experience engineer interview me through phone on a lot of technique questions. Another two weeks, I went to the onsite interview with whole engineering group with 12 people in five rounds. Another three weeks later, I got offer

Completely online and written, 5 brief questions about my current position and why a job at Phillips would help me reach my goals. Had no follow up after completing this "interview"
3 rounds - online test, Technical Interview, and HR interview. In the Technical Interview, they first asked about my project and internship and then they asked questions related to Metrology, Engineering Graphics, and Manufacturing. The questions included GD&T, Types of fits and tolerance, metrology applications, and a few engineering graphics questions( I was asked to draw some diagrams ). In the HR interview, they asked some technical questions from my internship, which was like a Tech + HR
