I engaged in a three interview process. All three interviews were fantastic, and I was provided insight into the role and company as a whole, as well as challenges that the interviewers saw for someone coming into the role. The process was relatively quick. I meet first with the Talent Acquisition Representative, who was fabulous. I then met with the Hiring Manager who was very thorough and asked some great questions regarding how I handled certain scenarios in the past. My final interview was with a Sales leader. He provided very detailed information about the Sales organization and how things currently work versus what they are hoping to achieve. The interview process was the best I’ve ever gone through.
