Very easy, didn't ask much and panel interview. All they asked were behavioral questions, just wanted to know you and also asked alot of follow-up questions to understand more about your character and your fit for the position.

Tell me about a time when you had to manage multiple deadlines
Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Phillips 66 (Houston, TX) nel mese di nov 2021
Colloquio
I found the job posting on LinkedIn and applied on the company's website. 7 days later I received an email from the talent acquisition team with the link to a digital interview. Here is the process: "Watch a welcome video to learn more about working for Phillips 66. Then, read the first interview question. You’ll have 30 seconds to think of your response. Hit begin when you’re ready or just wait the full 30 seconds. Simply record your response while looking into the camera. You’ll have 3 minutes to complete each video response; a timer will count down and alert you when time is almost complete. Repeat for each question." It feels so strange honestly. No personal contact. They don't want to show their faces, but it is OK for me to be a monkey in a cage. So disrespectful. In the welcoming video they say "it is OK to be nervous". So you guys do acknowledge that this setup is stressful for people, why do you do it to people then?
One of the questions was "are you ok with the in-person work settings?" I told that it is crazy they ask for it while making candidates go thru a digital interview first.
I received email a week later saying "they moved on with candidates whose experience closer match their expectations".
