Phillips 66 is heavily into the STAR interview process (Situation, Task, Action, Result). If you are unfamiliar with the STAR process, read up on it and definitely familiarize yourself with it. To succeed in the interviewing process, you need to have studied the "Keys to Success" listed for the role you are seeking and generate a few ways in which you have demonstrated these qualities ahead of time.
Generally, there will be 1 to 3 interviewers who will grade you as per your answers to questions which revolve around the "Keys to Success" for the role you are applying and your STAR response.
