I talked to them at my university’s career fair and they emailed me an offer for interview that same night. I interviewed on campus two days after with 3 engineers. They asked difficult behavioral questions for an hour. I was really nervous and crumbled under the pressure. I’ve never had an interview where I was asked such obscure behavioral questions, so I’m not sure if it would be worth your while to prepare before hand. I would suggest being confident and calm even if you don’t have a good answer, they may just be seeing your reaction under pressure.

Behavioral questions, looking for a good fit. Questions look for how you handled different situations, or what you learned from the situations. Questions were straight forward and were not made to trick people.

The interview was all personality based questions, the interviewers read from a packet and many of the questions did not seem relevant. This was the day after a career fair
