I was selected to interview with the hiring manager. I was then scheduled with 2 other executives in the group. Both interviews were in-person. The interviews went well. I didn't get the job but learned I was one of the top candidates. It seemed like a great team.

A group interview where typical behavoiral questions were asked. I was surprised the interviewers didn't know what the job entailed. I worked the job 18 months successfully and none of the job functions were brought up. More important, I didn't get the job and was asked to train the person that was replacing me.

The interview process for this position was fairly short, easy and informal. They asked me a couple of questions about myself and past work experience and that's about it. It was only a 20-25 minute interview. After the first interview it look about a week to get a call back and they offered me the position. I started a few weeks after so the overall process was fairly short and easy for the position I was working in.
