Initially contacted by an internal recruiter to join their work in either houston or seattle, with a brief intial screening set up. In the screening the design manager had no understanding of either project, asked no comprehensive design questions, and was unable to answer any follow up questions. When I followed up the next day the internal recruiter sent me the design managers write of me which was filled with insults directed at my skills and experience. One of the most unprofessional experiences I have had in my job hunt, having worked with recruiters (both internal and external) extensively.
