The interview process was smooth , First round with the Manager .Fortunately, I have cleared it . Second round with HR.Had salary discussion . HR recite two clauses one it will be conditional offer (Joining will be only based upon client interview )and other one was the 10% deduction if you won’t join company .Once client interview is cleared .
Within one days they released the “conditional offer letter “ .
What happens next that the recruiter HR was forcing me to accept offer and to release the offer continuously asking for documents .
Finally, I accepted . The what they ghost me for 2weeks .
I following up with them no answer .No client interview update nothing .
Finally , they told me the client had rejected your candidature .
I said align me to another project .They discussed and called me and told me one of our senior manger will take your interview from photon itself ( no client interview )
He took my interview and rejected me .
Offer letter went invalid as I couldn’t clear .
What next both of their clauses went wrong .
No client took my interview .
Also , I was sure that the Client has already shortlisted my candidature that’s why they offered me the letter .
But after acceptance I got to know . Now they will share my resume and if client shortlist than only interview will take place .
But, Client screen reject my candidature.(as told by HR)
But , why they are recruiting when they are have no any process and not stick to their own clauses .
I have a very bad experience . I waited for joining . Because the joining date I gave them was 21 st June .
But they trapped me .
Unprofessional HR and Management bad experience with photon.
I wish I would have read their all reviews and then only accepted the offer .

Interview process was smooth. Recruiters give proper information about the process prior to the meeting. Hiring managers make you feel comfortable before they get into details of the interview. Once the interview starts then it’s more of how we interact with the manager and bring out our experience and knowledge to answer the situation based questions.

Had 3 rounds of discussion with photon and last round was done on April 1 st week. HR people said that I need to take customer round in order to release offer. But so far no customer arranged
Called many times to HR mobile but no use.
