A chat with the head of AI, and a mid-level difficulty take home assignment, followed by a debrief with two members of the team. It was smooth up until the last stage, where I got ghosted. Bear in mind they reached out to me, not the other way around. Got ghosted afterwards - assuming rejection at this point. Extremely poor communication at the end of the interview process, was not even sent a rejection e-mail, just a survey about the process. Highly recommend avoiding.
