Very long and drawn out. Meet with a lot of managers and development c-suiters. A lot of role playing has to be done. The cliche, "sell me this pen" game was played.
First was initial screen, next was a call with a manager. The last step in the process is a back to back call with another manager to do a mock presentation on a Phreesia solution followed immediately by an interview with a sales director. I will say that everyone through the process was very nice and I got good feedback between interviews that was helpful. I appreciate they at least let me know afterward that I wasn't selected. The case study is way more simple than I thought it would be too. Just look at everything on the website and don't overthink it.

There are 3 rounds in the interview process. First round is just a phone call. 2nd round is a zoom with a sales manager. Last round is a case study and presentation.

Got off to a bad start, they said they would call at 2pm, they claim they did, but I never got the call and don't have phone or service issues, so it was odd. I called them around 2:05 and we continued to have phone issues, thw woman interviewing told me they had been having phone issues all day. None of this is their fault, but I felt like it didn't leave an opportunity for a fair and focused interview.
