Applied 07/31/2022, and had an interview with an HR rep on 08/15/2022. Seemed like it was a reasonable enough span of time. After the interview, I heard nothing at all until October 14th. I emailed once after about a month asking for an update, and the HR rep said they didn't know any update at all for the position yet. Most likely they are unorganized and not very good communicators.

Scheduling was disorganized. Interview was not very focused and the interviewer seemed distracted. I didn't make it to the next round, but didn't feel so bad about it since I didn't really get the sense that I would be a priority for the woman who would be managing me/who interviewed me.
