It was a two step interview process, I met with the manager and I also met with his assistant on two separate days. We met at a Starbucks and had our interview over coffee. He had a list of questions to ask me and ran down his list and checked off each question. The entire interview lasted about 45 minutes or so. We ended up chatting for awhile about the history of the company and what brought us to this field.
