Good and smooth interview. Questions asked were basic but tough. Overall nice experience. Questions asked were from Business Analyst profile and overall had a good impression on the it reviewer.

Despite initial communication showing promise, the HR representative exhibited highly unprofessional behavior, ultimately ghosting me without any explanation or response to my messages and emails.
The initial interactions were positive, and I felt optimistic about the potential of working with the company.
However, everything took a drastic turn when the HR representative suddenly ceased all communication. Multiple attempts to follow up via email and LinkedIn messages were met with complete silence. It was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful to be ignored without any explanation or acknowledgment after investing time and effort into the application process.
I strongly urge PhysicsWallah to reevaluate its recruitment practices and ensure that potential candidates are treated with the professionalism they deserve. Ghosting applicants not only tarnishes the company's reputation but also damages the morale and confidence of job seekers who believe in the organization's potential. (Iqra)
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend PhysicsWallah as an employer due to their lack of professionalism and disregard for applicants. Potential candidates should be cautious and considerate of the treatment they may receive throughout the application process.
