I applied online and heard back from one of the studio directors a few days later. We arranged for a quick phone call the next day, where I was scheduled me to come in for an in-person interview at the end of the week. I met with the same studio director and director of operations for about 10 minutes, as they were doing back-to-back interviews. Later, they said I was a good fit for the role, and the next step was to meet with the CEO. After scheduling a FaceTime interview through her assistant, the interview lasted maybe 8 minutes and she didn't let me ask any questions before disconnecting. I got an email from the studio director the following week saying they were pursuing other candidates.
